Andrew Galloway is a director and principal of ICG Management Limited (“ICG”) a Cayman Islands based company licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to carry on the business of company management. ICG specializes in providing independent director services to a limited number of International institutional clients.
Andrew Galloway was formerly Managing Director of Coutts (Cayman) Limited, part of the Coutts Group which is the international private banking arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc. He is admitted (non practising) as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, is a member of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
He obtained his M.A. from Magdalene College, Cambridge where he studied law. He completed law school at the College of Law in Guildford before joining Slaughter & May in London where he qualified in 1992 into a general corporate practice group. In 1994 he joined Coutts (Cayman) Limited as Manager, New Business prior to his appointment as Managing Director in 1999. He served on the boards of the Coutts trust companies in Bahamas and Bermuda and, as Managing Director of Coutts (Cayman) Limited he had overall responsibility for the Caribbean region. He as also acted as Chairman of various Cayman fund of fund structures, private equity general partners, authorised corporate director committee’s and UCIT structures for a number of years.
Andrew has board experience with funds, special purpose vehicles, private investment vehicles, investment management companies and trust companies registered and/or regulated in Cayman, Bahamas, Bermuda, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Andrew has served on the executive committee of the Cayman Islands Bankers Association and the legislative sub-committee of STEP Cayman Islands.

Ralph Woodford is a director and principal of ICG Management Limited (“ICG”) a Cayman Islands based company licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to carry on the business of company management. Ralph is a qualified Portfolio Manager and was admitted in 1995 as an Associate of The Institute of Investment Management and Research, a UK affiliate of the CFA Institute. He started his career with Ernst & Young (Edinburgh) in 1989 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1992. Ralph studied at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and holds a BA degree in Accounting & Finance (Distinction), which he received in 1989.
Ralph joined Edinburgh Fund Managers plc as a Portfolio Manager in 1993. He has extensive experience in Technology research, small-capitalized stocks and Emerging Markets. He focused initially on UK large and small-capitalized stock portfolios and laterally on Asian equities, co managing close to $1bn of Asian client money. He was a member of the technology group specializing in the research of technology component manufacturing and assembly companies in Korea and Taiwan.
Ralph was formerly Managing Director of Caledonian Directors Limited, a director services company within the Caledonian Group. He was responsible for the corporate governance overview of an extensive range of Institutional and boutique hedge fund client’s. He has considerable knowledge across different investment strategies, both on single and multi manager platforms. His experience also included being a director of a licensed trust company and working closely with hedge fund administrators located in Cayman, USA and Europe.

Gregory Link is a director of ICG Management Limited (“ICG”) a Cayman Islands based company licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to carry on the business of company management. ICG specializes in providing independent director services to a limited number of International institutional clients.
Gregory Link was formerly the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Q&H Corporate Services, Ltd, in the Cayman Islands. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree from the University of Liverpool, England. Gregory was called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted as an Attorney in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 2000.
Gregory was appointed CEO of Q&H Corporate Services, Ltd. in 2004. He has over 16 years offshore legal and accounting experience. Prior to joining Q&H Corporate Services, Ltd., Gregory practised in the corporate and litigation departments of Quin & Hampson obtaining significant exposure to both the establishment of Cayman funds and litigation involving funds. Gregory has also acted through a corporate entity as liquidator on a large number of fund structures. His accounting experience was gained working with KPMG both in New Zealand and the Cayman Islands and as the Chief Financial Officer at Schroder Cayman Bank & Trust Company Limited. Gregory is a director of a number of Cayman Islands regulated mutual funds and other client companies. He has advised on corporate governance matters and contributed to the Cayman Islands’ chapter in Butterworth’s International Guide to Money Laundering Law and Practice (2003).

Andrew Edgington is a senior executive at ICG Management Limited (“ICG”) a Cayman Islands based company licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to carry on the business of company management. ICG specializes in providing independent director services to a limited number of International institutional clients.
Andrew has considerable experience of the global investment funds market and a detailed knowledge of offshore fund regulation, governance and compliance. He has been based in the Cayman Islands providing independent director services to funds and companies since January 2008. Andrew joined ICG in 2009 having previously been Senior Vice President at Walkers Fund Services Limited.
Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Andrew spent over 20 years working within asset management organisations located in London including Baring Asset Management (2003 to 2007), Northern Trust Global Investments (2002 to 2003), Gartmore Investment Management (1994 to 2002), Aetna UK (1989 to 1993) and INVESCO (1987 to 1989).
Andrew’s extensive career has encompassed product development, operation and governance of investment funds and related entities including hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and private investment vehicles. He has over 12 years experience of acting as a director for investment funds and companies established in Cayman, Ireland and Luxembourg.
Andrew has a BSc (Hons) from Reading University, UK. Whilst at both Baring Asset Management and Northern Trust Global Investments Andrew was a UK Financial Services Authority approved person.
